Standing outside the large church-like doors, Arion sighed a calming puff of air. It had been awhile since she had needed to even set foot on the grounds of this place and now she was about to enter it's hollowed walls. Her nerves were getting to her, but then again everything was making her nervous these days.Entering these doors was a last resort for her. She hated having to rely on this mansion. She hated having to rely on anyone, but lately she had been feeling rather off-key and didn't like the idea of being out in public when she wasn't up for protecting herself. Clutching her side bag; which held her most prized possessions, she pushed the doors open. They were heavier then she remembered. She glanced inside before slinking in and shutting the door. It was late so everyone was probably out looking for a meal. She was actually glad that no one was there at the moment. She needed a moment to get reacquainted with the place. She slowly made her way through the hall, her slim fingers lightly gliding over all the knickknacks and pictures that littered the walls. "Welcome back.." She whispered to herself, looking around some more.

[limegreen]He had heard from a fellow vampire where the mansion would be. Since moving to London, Killian had not bothered looking for it. He had a place in the metropolis, a small flat on the third floor of an apartment building, and spent most of the night blacking out the windows. His aquaintance in New York had recommended this place because of the night time management. The spindly man Killian met while moving in made suggestions about the city and that he should go to the mansion. Killian had no idea how to take such news: were they really so open in this country? But it was more than likely not what it seemed. The manager, afterall, was a vampire himself. It was snowing lightly as Killian wandered around the streets. The traffic was barren and the mansion was surprisingly easy to find. Maybe it was just instinct. He made his way up the long drive and stood in front of the doors. They were double, heavy and solid. The handles were intricate, something beautiful that Killian never thought imaginable. He gripped one of the handles and pulled on it. Even though it looked heavy, it opened swiftly and he stepped into the ante room. The door shut quietly behind him and he stood in the dark and silence of the room. The floor was tiled with a complicated looking pattern. He knew no one and was glad that no one was around. The people of this place must be out catching breakfast. But he would not put it past himself that someone might show up later. Killian looked at the staircases and decided that those would wait for further exploration. He went to the first door on the left and tugged it open slowly. He peeked in first, then slipped inside the large hall.[/limegreen]

No Hope For The Hopeless
Finding the manor, easy. Getting into the manor, easy. Getting out of the damn thing not so easy.
Lily was dangling from the banners that criss-crossed over the main halls marble floor, clutching a camera to her chest. She'd been snooping around to find any weak spots the slayers could use and she'd found them, a hell of a lot of them.
It was so easy to get in here, they all hunted at exactly the same time while the wolves guarded the outside. And werewolves weren't exactly hard to avoid, if like Lily you knew how they attacked and how they traveled.
She had originally planned to jump down and kill the small girl who had entered the hall, her fingers delicately touching the paintings along the walls. And she was about to when another vampire entered. He looked like more of a threat and there would be less chance of Lily leaving with her evidence intact.
She bit back a cuss, her eyes darting around the hall trying to find a easy escape route, but none presented itself. She cursed under her breath and tucked the camera carefully inside her top before falling gracefully to the floor below her. She landed with a quiet clop sound from the high heeled boots she almost always had on her size 4 feet.
"Evening" she greeted, her voice low, sinister and threatening she sunk into a half crouch, her eyes darting between the two vampires before her.

Arion turned to see the tall man, her tongue suddenly unable to move at the sight of him. He caught her breathless and unguarded. How she hated being ill. Something about the man made her unable to pull her eyes away. He was very entrancing. She wasn't sure what to make of him though. She was about to greet him and maybe get to know him better when the new female made herself known. Arion couldn't believe she let another one slip past her senses. She was better then that. This damn sickness had her as useful as a hot chocolate in the middle of august. She turned fully to greet the new girl, giving her a once over. "Greetings." She evenly and cautiously greeted back. She had up what she could of her guard now. She got surprised to many times for one night to feel comfortable anymore.

[limegreen]After entering the hall he had only noticed the one girl looking at the tapestries. Killian walked slowly around the opposite direction, his footsteps quiet. But it was not until she landed that he had noticed the other woman in the hall. He looked at both of them and noticed the dark haired girl had been watching him. He bowed slightly to both of them in a swift movement then smiled falsely. "Greetings to you both," he murmured. Both women were extremely attractive, young, new blood. He could smell both of them, sweet and flowery. Killian could not help but fancy vampire women, but both were younger than he. Too new, too innocent. Yet...wise. He admired that in women. He turned to the blonde and took a step closer. "Do you live here? Or is this just a gathering place for us? I am afraid I am not from London." He had a very noticable American accent, but he hoped that it didn't give them a misconception of youth. Killian was older, yet looked as young as the other two. It was almost a curse, eternal youth, one that Killian wished he could be rid of. He locked his fingers behind his back politely and looked toward the black haired girl. She seemed uncomfortable and timid, but he was sure they would grow to know each other soon enough.[/limegreen]

No Hope For The Hopeless
Lily eyed the girl suspiciously. She didn't seem to be too much of a threat, she was young. Perhaps not as young as Lily, but far more naive.
Neither of the two vampires before her seemed to recognized her as the infamous slayer, killer of her own kind. Which annoyed Lily immensely. She was big headed enough for her ego to take quite a hit over this fact.
She rose out of her crouch as the male addressed her. She turned her body half to wards him, without turning her back fully to the other girl.
"This is where the vampires live, yes." she answered, before adding. "This hall is rarely used, unless someone is entertaining, although the wolves often use this room, they prefer the floor to feathered pillows." she inclined her head to wards the large marks across the hall which could have easily been made by a wolves giant paw.
ooc: Ugh lack of muse today sorry!!!

Arion listened to the two converse in silence. The male's voice entranced her somehow. The tone somewhat made her head swim and her heart suddenly jump in her chest. This was a new feeling to her, she wasn't sure whether or not she liked it. She watched the other female size her up. Arion wondered what she thought of her. Arion probably didn't look like much. She hadn't bathed in a while and she wasn't really sure the last time she had looked in a mirror. This new female seemed very on edge. It didn't seem like the male was at all threatening, but it seemed to Arion that the female, given the proper motive, would strike at any moment. "Wolves live here as well??" Arion asked, a bit hoarse. Her throat had dried up a bit. Her attention was fully on the girl as she had said this. Arion had always been very wary of wolves of any sort. She thought this place was a safe haven. Had she been wrong in seeking shelter here?

[limegreen]Killian studied the blonde with quiet regard. The spiteful way her mouth had even formed the word "vampire" was enough to tell him that she wasn't one. But what confused him was the way she spoke of wolves as well. Was she not one of them either? Killian had not known many species in his days. New York only seemed to have his brethren blood suckers located there. There was no where in his history where he had met a werewolf, but knew they existed nonetheless. When she directed his attention to the marks in the walls, he grimaced. This was not going to be his idea of a safe place to go in the daylight. "I'm not worried about it as long as they stay the fuck out of my way," Killian murmured. Wolves were smart enough not to mess with the old blooded vampires, as most assuredly he was nowadays. There are very rare occasions where he has met an older vampire.
Killian looked at the dark haired girl next and looked her over. By her surprised statement, he could tell she may not be on the best terms with wolves, or was thinking the same thing he was: not a place to stay in the daytime. No matter, he was sure that things would be fine otherwise.
With a small sigh, Killian walked a few paces toward the dark-haired girl and stopped in front of the painting she was looking at. It was a dark colored portrait of a stark white face. He had no idea who it was, but the man in the frame must dead or very very old.
He glanced to his right side where he had stopped on her left. She was short and her hair was dark and shiny. She smelled nicely as well, not so much like earth and death even though it was evident through the musk. He smiled a little to himself. "So what makes you so spiteful to your own race?" he asked, directing the question to the blonde. There was a small hint of hostility, but he knew it would be more if either of them were a threat.
Killian was harmless...for the most part.[/limegreen]

No Hope For The Hopeless
Lily glanced at the girl as she spoke, taking in the slight panic in her tone. A smirk spread across her lips at this.
It was a known fact most of the vampires weren't happy with the werewolf-vampire alliance. Nor were most werewolves. But in times like these it was pretty necessary. Even Lily knew the killings where increasing in number and brutality.
"Yes, werewolves live here to. They protect each other" she sighed and rolled her eyes. The two covens were weak divided, easy to kill off. But together was another question. The wolves guarded the mansion while the vampires hunted and they all slept at roughly the same time. It was almost impossible to get safely into the building unless you were one of them.
Lily chuckled at the males commented. A typical opinion for the male vampire. "You won't have any luck there. Apparently people are talking about vampires and werewolves hunting together" she chuckled and the stupidity of the idea. If 20 vampires can't kill one of "Them" why would adding a werewolf to the mix make a difference.
Lily raised her eyebrows at the males question. "A slightly personal question to ask someone you've just met" she said, venom sliding off her tongue.
"Why do you think vampires are so great?" she asked back, folding her arms over her chest.
The truth was Lily didn't hate vampires. Not in the slightest. Valkyrie did. And therefore Lily had to. To keep the little brat happy.

Arion stood there listening to the blonde's words. She did not for one second like the ideas of werewolves anywhere near her. Werewolves couldn't be trusted, at least not when it counted. They cared for only themselves and would dispose of anyone in their way. This so-called talk of all of us joining forces did not settle well with her at all. She now had a fearful stress added to her sickness. This was not what she came here for at all. She wanted to rest here for a bit and get better. Now she could tell it would be awhile before this girl let her go anywhere. She listened to the male talk as well and once again her head got fuzzy with the sound of his voice. Something about the male just seemed to leave her entranced for a brief moment. He seemed a bit older then she was, looks wise. Knowing about her race, she knew he could be so much older. The way he spoke, he seemed to be from another century entirely. His words were well thought out, with a dash of authority in them. He knew his age brought forth an unspoken leadership, but apparently the blonde girl did not see it that way. For she kept seeing to fight back with the male. She looked up to the male and watched his face, as it seemed to male was thinking on how to answer her question. This was almost entertaining to Arion, but she was not in the mood to listen to these two fight all night. It was late into the night, she wasn't quite sure the time. She wanted to acquire a room before sunrise. "Who are you anyways?" She asked, trying to get to the bottom of things. To see if this girl held any sort of authority in this house. She wasn't sure who ran it now a days.

[limegreen]Killian grinned stupidly at the blonde and giggled a little. Bantering was always a favorite past time of his, and who better to do it with than a very opinionated woman, but also quite defensive. He did not mean to rub her the wrong way by asking the question, but apparently it sparked something she was passionate about, even if it was not outwardly expressed. "Now now, I never said they were great. I have nothing for or against my kind. Maybe accept for the so called 'vegetarians.' Why be a vampire if you won't drink human blood." Killian shook his head at the thought of ingesting anything but. He used to pay the hospital for blood packs, but he stopped that a long time ago. Shortly after his hunting companion...
He smiled a little bit, hoping that he was not being too cocky. "It was just a simple question, nothing more. Sorry to offend." He bowed his head a little. He was sure that the blonde knew he truly was not apologetic in any way. It was just polite of a male to aquiesce a bit to the females of the race.
The other girl spoke once more and he grinned inwardly at the demand. It was true though. None of them had introduced themselves, but saw fit to jump into an argument about petty circumstances. Killian was the first to turn to the dark haired girl, take her hand and bend his head over, lips hovering above her knuckles. "Forgive my rudeness,"he murmured and stood straight once more. "My name is Killian Jones, originally of New York."
He turned to the blonde and bowed, once again pulling the polite. It was just natural for him to do so. After losing his love, he found it much easier for him to be gentlemanly to every woman, whether she smelled like earth, dog, or delicious.[/limegreen]

No Hope For The Hopeless
Lily chuckled as he spoke. A very true point, why be a vampire if you don't drink blood? Lily had found one simple answer. The fear of death, in any form. Whether it be your death or the death of another. A fear of the unknown.
"I do see your point. But i doubt they see it that way" she bit back a laugh at her words. She had, without thinking, placed herself in the category of slayer, rather then of vampire, or even of vegetarian.
Lily eyed up the girl as she spoke. She had temporarily forgotten that there was anyone but that man and her in the room. A very typical thing for Lily to do.
"New York?" she glanced at him wide eyed. "I suggest you go back, England is not safe of late" she half whispered.
Oh I'm Lily. Lily-Rose Bishop" she added as a after thought to the girl. And the regretted it almost instantly. If either of them had heard of her that sentence would plummet the three of them in a to the death fight.
She cleared her throat "And you are?"
ooc; Ugh lack of muse, sorry guys.

When the male's lips hovered above Arion's hand, she could feel her face suddenly get a tingle to it. It was probably about as close as she could get to actually blushing. She wasn't used to actually being treated with respect. She had been treated as nothing but a toy for so long, this was all new to her. Killian, what an awe inspiring name. She was going to have to keep an eye on this one. She didn't really even know why, but she knew if she stayed in good form with him, it would definitely be to her advantage. The female once again broke her trance and her attention was once again brought to whether or not this was considered a safe haven anymore. She battled whether or not she should stay here, but she could feel herself going more weak by the minute. She needed a place to stay, at least for the night. The females name, Lily-Rose, it sounded a bit familiar. She couldn't place where she had heard it or what was said, but something told her to keep her guard up around here. Like Arion wasn't already doing that, but all the same. "The name is Arion." She wasn't going to give them her last name. She wasn't even sure it was actually her last name at all anyways. It was what she was called when she lived on the streets and that part of her life was basically all she could remember, so it's what she stuck with. "I have come here tonight, so see if I could possibly find a safe place to rest for the day."

[limegreen]Killian smiled as each announced their names in her own way. Lily did hers in a 'James Bond'-esque style, whereas Arion was more like Cher. Just one name, unique and beautiful. He bowed to Lily as well and smiled satisfactorily. Killian did not feel so lonely in England anymore. "A pleasure to meet both of you," he remarked politely. He turned slightly from Arion, the raven haired girl, to Lily-Rose with a look of concern.
She had mentioned before he short introduction that he should return to New York. He had no intention of any sort to do that. "No place is safe these days, Lily-Rose," he responded. "Not even New York. I left because it was so overrun with vampires that it was hard to find food that had not already been bitten." Killian could remember the bitter blood he had drank one night from a woman in her mid-30s. Not his favorite choice, but a meal was a meal. The blood had been tainted by a previous vamp. He could taste the other immediately.
He noted that Arion had shrunken away somewhat at Lily's mention of there being no safety in England. Killian himself was not even sure how safe this place was going to be. Especially with the werewolves sleeping in the same place. He leaned closer to her and immediately smelled her sweet fragrance. "If it does not disturb you too much, you are more than welcome to stay with me. I have an apartment across town, but not too far." He would not blame her if she did not take him up on the request. But he knew she was young and just starting out. A friend is more than what she needed. Arion needed someone to trust. Who better than an old vampire? "The offer extends to you as well, Lily-Rose, if you wish. Though I am sure you have a place of your own."[/limegreen]

No Hope For The Hopeless
Lily rose her eye brows as the girl spoke. "And you now doubt the safety of this place?" she said, more of a statement then a question and she finished it with a subtle laugh.
"Right now, the only two 'safe' places are here and the slayer base. Those who go rogue don't last long" she shook her head, trying not to see the images already flying through her mind.
Mangled body after mangled body. Arms, legs broken or ripped completely off. Their eyes, always open with a look of complete fear. Some of them were intact, just laying peacefully as if asleep.
Each of "them" had their own way of killing, Lily was starting to be able to match a killing to a certain person who her and Sam had code named.
She tutted as Killian kept calling her by her full name. "Just Lily." she corrected.
"Not that kind of danger." she sighed, apparently these two knew nothing of the immortals that stalked the streets killing off all that fed on humans.
"Thank you for the offer, but i stay with some friends who can protect me" she paused.
"Apparently you two don't know about what it is everyone is so afraid of. So listen up, because this is the only warning you'll get." she paused, sucking in a large breath. "All immortals, that stalk the night are being hunted. Killed, mutilated by other immortals. Immortals so powerful some can just look at you and you'll drop dead." she paused again "The only way to find safety is in numbers, or to flee England. They will not stop until England is free of both vampire and werewolf"
She stopped, looking from Killian to Arion, watching the news sink in.
"I can offer you both somewhere safe to stay tonight. Under the promise you won't reveal it's where abouts, or who i am to anyone"
