The small town of Huron, in Fresno California area was once home to many wonderful riders, and the worlds best riding academy's. This town just so happened to be the center of all riding history. River's Edge Riding Academy had been there for over twenty years, with the owners, Riley and Hope Sanders. The Sanders' family were rich ones, and had many many horses. Disaster struck on the farm and countless horses were injured so badly, they had to be put down. The Sanders' family was never the same after the fire of 2008. Business was booming up until that day of the barn disaster. It was still a mystery to everyone how the fire was started, but there was some hunches. Hope and Riley were sick of all the publicity around them, asking questions and such, so the abandoned the barn. Little did they know, their history was about to be recovered by their main stable hands, Gabrielle Wolfe, and her sister, Josie.
The two girls were total opposites at almost ever thing they did. Gabby was a major neat freak, and loved to have everything in order. She was also one to make friends much quicker, which sometimes mean giving herself bad friends. She is a pretty girl, with dark black curly hair, and brown eyes the color of creamy chocolate. Gabby was also the English rider. She loved Dressage, and Jumping mostly. In three words, Gabby is; bubbly, open, and girly. Josie, however, was pretty much carefree. She didn't take too much time about things that were not important, and was more of the one that could only get along with certain people. Josie was more of a straight haired person, though her silky medium length hair was almost always seen straight. Her shade of black was more of a dark creamy brown, and greenish hazel eyes. Josie however, was into more of barrel racing, and western things.
Gabby and Josie were both brave and stood for what they believed in. Josie, being eighteen years old and Gabby being seventeen, they were both very close. When the friendly Sanders' decided to leave, the offered the land to the Wolfe sisters. Josie, being a legal adult eagerly took the property under her own name, and took over the Ranch. After a couple of months, it was blooming with new boarders, new students, and wonderful new instructors. The girls divided their jobs up equally, and River's Edge Riding Academy was turned into the best Riding Academy in the country, thanks to the Wolfe sisters.
